Retrofit kit for carbureted two stroke motorcycles

Well, look what I found here. This is a project to retrofit a lot of motorcycles on philipines, the objective is to switch from carbureted motorcycles to Fuel Injected motorcycles.

Very nice. I would like to know if there's a possibility to make the same kind of retrofit but with a microsquirt?
